Prof Ralph Sims walked for 30 minutes from
his motel to the Energywise Councils Annual
Forum then delivered a sobbering lecture on
climate change. The punchline was that it has
happened and we won't see a reversal in our
lifetime, even if we do take drastic steps to
remedy it now.

I was reminded of Ron Resnick's quote
from Kafka..."There's hope, but not for us."
