Well Pepp... if you're portfolio includes 'Safety', you need to look after the idiot fascists Council has contracted to enforce parking.
In particular 'Oberleutnant Fritz Gruber' and his fiendish Nazi sidekick, patrolling the streets in what must be considered 'their little Tank'. These two refugees from the Gestapo are in serious danger of a revolt from those they must consider "Der swinehund filsy Public von Vellington", which, if they could would be "exterminated" for their 'shocking Parking Crimes'.
If such a revolt takes place, the safety of the above mentioned morons will need all the input you can muster.
