Oriental Bay isn't the only part of Wellington where lawlessness takes place!

We even have it in the southern ward.

Stolen cars abandoned on the side of the road, left to rust away.....

Lawlessness in Oriental Bay since when?

Surely if a stolen car was left around there it would be removed by the city council in no time at all, everybody knows that.
