Sounds familiar "filling in the cracks, covering up the holes" I know the LTCCP, I move the C for community is taken out of LTCCP the council has lost their report with the citizenship and are out of touch with Jo Blog in the street for wanting to persue commercial interests by allowing buses through a pedestrian Mall.
