This could be a "before" and "after" picture, the Wellington Comfort and Quality Hotels took care of the view big time and casts shadows on what was once a "sunny" place.
What is even more disturbing is the fact that the Mayor and her husband own 22% of this monstrosity
and Wellington events on the rise promoting heads on pillows.
