Great photos Brian,
its such a shame we wasted an opportunity to make similar use of the Waitangi Park "development" ,,,,Chinese garden like this plus perhaps a European style covered market that could double as an entertainment space....you could never accuse our council of future vision, but hell developers and market signals do that for us dont they????? If only.
