WORLD WATER DAY 22 MARCH 2009
All Wellingtonians are invited to mark World Water Day with a visit to Taranaki Street wharf between 10.00am and 3.00pm for displays, demo's and soap-box speakers on the subject of WATER.
A variety of organisations will be showcasing their interest in water
from water safety to water rights.
The Wellington Resident's Coalition will be available with a petition against residential water meters for you to sign at their stall during this event organised by WRC and WCC.
