Wellington City Council keeps switching business rates onto your rates bill.
Jack Ruben and Bryan Pepperell overlooking Ilott Green which will now be lost to another development! Both Ruben and Pepperell have opposed the loss of this green space .Today, in the closing stage of the Draft Annual Plan, Jack Ruben and Bryan Pepperell moved an amendment to stop switching the rates from business onto the residents' rates bill.

The list of those siding with Big Business reads like a Who's - Who of Wellington's Right-wing "Yes"-Men & Women.
The likes of Ahipene Mercer - purporting to be 'the People's Candidate' and Wade-Brown with her supposed 'Green' policies - should be ASHAMED!!
VOTERS BEWARE!!
Those two in particular have been seduced by the Right-Wing pair of Shaw & Prendergast.
I bet they try to stand as 'Centre - Left' Candidates this year...
They both exhibit more bias than a Lawn Bowl!!
